I put a little in a spray bottle with water too and use as a leave in conditioner. My hair has noticeable grown. This shampoo leaves your hair feeling soft and it smells great... kinda fruity. I wash my hair every other day and on the days I don't wash my hair I can still smell the shampoo. If anything, but this for the smell alone. However it does what the product claims. This is called "Herbal Gro" but it is not proven to help your hair grow nor does it claim to. It does help to moisturizes and strengthen; helps prevent hair loss due to breakage. Also it is safe for colored, permed, relaxed and chemically treated hair.
