Compatible with the Therm-a-Rest BaseCamp, LuxuryMap, MondoKing, NeoAir Camper, NeoAir Venture, NeoAir XLite, NeoAir XTherm, NeoAir XTherm MAX, ProLite, ProLite Plus, ProLite Apex, Trail Pro, and Trail Scout sleeping pad models equipped with a WingLock or TwinLock valve. The handy portable pump can also deflate any pad equipped with a WingLock valve before packing up to hit the trail. Review: It works for inflation. - It works for inflation on the twin valve ThermaRest Mondo King sleeping pad, but it can’t do the deflation do to the MondoKing not have the newer Twist lock valve that can flow air both ways. The MondoKing has two valves ONE in ONE OUT valve, and it has foam padding inside the pad. So it’s not totally comparable with the MondoKing sleep Pad. Beware

I purchased a Flextail Max Pump 3 and used it last weekend. It was AWESOME! It filled my pad in less than a minute. Thermarest is a great company with great products, but this was a bomb.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this compatible with a Klymit air mattress?**
A: I have two Klymit mattresses.  The NeoAir will fit over the inflation valve for one of them but not the other.  It will inflate both, but you may have to hold it to the inflation valve to get a good air flow.  This is a pretty low powered air pump.  It works great and is very portable, but if you backpack and like a firm mattress, as I do, you will probably find yourself inflating 90%, and blowing the last couple breaths in by mouth.

**Q: Considering all the ecologically friendly gear, why isn’t this USB powered?**
A: You can use rechargeable batteries. If it were usb powered you would have to throw the whole thing in the landfill once the built in battery no longer holds a charge. This is a great feature.

**Q: In what country is it made?**
A: looking at one still in the box and the box is clearly printed  " Made In China"

**Q: Will this work on my Luxury map with the single valve?**
A: This is specifically designed for TwinLock and WingLock, Deflate feature for WingLock Valve only. The older 2018 Luxmap with single valve has the Classic Valve, and this won't work for that mattress. Thermarest no longer produces the Classic Valve inflation device.

It works for inflation on the twin valve ThermaRest Mondo King sleeping pad, but it can’t do the deflation do to the MondoKing not have the newer Twist lock valve that can flow air both ways. This simply did not work. I have a Thermarest Mondoking. I filled for 30 minutes and it was only slightly more inflated than leaving it to self inflate. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tiny, but does the job!

I recently bought a Thermarest sleeping pad; it is somewhat self inflating but requires blowing up further for maximum comfort. I spent a minute or two trying to inflate it by blowing into it but decided to buy the recommended air pump. When it arrived I was skeptical such a small, lightweight pump would be effective; but to my surprise it inflated my sleeping pad fully in just a couple of minutes. It also helps in deflation, although I found it was not really necessary as the pad deflated adequately by kneeling on it as I rolled it up. In summary, the pump does its job quickly and quietly and is small and light enough not to cause any issues. Twenty years ago I was happy to blow up my air mattress when camping, now I enjoy the luxury of having a tiny pump fully inflate my Thermarest pad.
