I was worried about this because most advice tells you to air dry the hair and that this is critical. When I got from under the dryer I was AMAZED at the results. It was so soft, light and bouncy. It was basically like it was when I first got it. Based on the way it was before, I couldn't believe it was possible for it to be restored to their level. I am so happy I don't need to pay for some more hair and then pay for my stylist to remove and reinstall. This is a miracle product! EDIT: I noticed this also worked miracles for my natural hair. After washing, I just twisted up my leave out and let it dry. Then, I used a flat iron without even blowdrying it first, and I could already tell the difference in how straight and shiny it was. For the two weeks until I washed it, I barely had to touch it up. It stayed straight and shiny.
