They seem to make my wrists feel more comfortable when playing fast speeds for long periods of time, compared to without the gloves. I also feel like each hit has more power to it with the gloves on. If you happen to play along with music while drumming, by using a phone to play music, you might want to queue up a bunch of tracks first before playing, since the tips of the gloves are too thick to actually press any buttons on your phone screen. Having to take a glove off and put it back on every time you want to turn on a new song to jam along with is a hassle, as it can take nearly 30 seconds at times to fit back on your hand properly.
