Every time I use this and open the basket underneath, I notice a lot of water as if it spewed out from some leakage. Also you really need to press pretty hard and get a good amount of fresh coffee grounds in it, to get a good amount of coffee and crema. Otherwise towards the end of it brewing you will notice a clear water coming out. ### ⭐ Does not work *by L***L on Reviewed in the United States on June 3, 2021* We had several of us try and get these different capsules to work and they just don't work. Trying to get in touch with the manufacturer is difficult. When I decided to return them they want me to pay for shipping to China (from the US). That's more than the cost of these.Update: they have emailed me and wanted me to take a video of me using the capsules to send to them. I requested a video of them showing me how to use it and they stopped emailing me. Stay away from this product and manufacturer. BTW: we buy a lot from Amazon and this is our first negative review. It has to be pretty bad for us to get to this point. ### ⭐ Broke my Machine!!! *by J***. on Reviewed in the United States on June 4, 2021* First it did not come with the Tamper shown in the picture and the capsules are not fitting in the machine, They are too stiff and broke my machine, I called Nespresso and they said they will hurt the machine, it's not designed for those kind of capsules so do not use them any more and return the machine to get fixed. The capsules are in perfect shape! So I want to return them for a full refund.Thank you for your help.Jody --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/196497112-reusable-stainless-steel-capsules-2pcs-refillable-pods-compatible-for-original](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/196497112-reusable-stainless-steel-capsules-2pcs-refillable-pods-compatible-for-original) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
