I started out with 1 drop per day the first week. I felt an immediate difference! I felt like the clock had turned back 20 years!! I felt younger in every way, in my body as well as in my mood and outlook on life. The second week, I upped to 2 drops. The effects were tapering off. So, after a few days, I though I would try 3 drops. A little while later, I felt pressure on all my limbs, so I checked my blood pressure and it had gone up 30 points!! I felt horrible!!! I normally do not have hypertension. So, I went back down to 1 drop for the next few days. BP continued to stay elevated and I felt awful! So, I decided to stop taking it altogether and my BP went back down to normal after a full day of not taking it and has remained normal since then. So, I don't know why it increased my BP to such a miserable state. I don't know why it worked so well for me for the first week. Perhaps it builds up in the system and you don't need to take it continually? I don't know, but I am not going to risk another episode of high BP just to find out!
