**Q: do these work good for your butt?  Sometimes is messy and I need to know**
A: I THINK YOU SHOULD GO FOR  IT!!!! YOU JUST NEVER KNOW UNLESS YOU TRY.

A: These are basically rubbing alcohol wipes. So yes. Alcohol.

**Q: Can this clean off artic mx4?**
A: Yes it can, I used it to clean of mx4 and arctic silver 5

**Q: Why use these instead of paper towel and isopropyl alcohol? You recommend buffing with a paper towel, so it can't be to avoid fibers.**
A: One nice thing is these are lint free, very durable (compared to say eyeglass wipes), and though it doesn’t say it I believe ESD safe as well (I think most any are though)..  Paper towel will leave lint, or small pieces on the IC/cooler if it’s soaked in alcohol, and yeah you can clean that stuff off, it’s just a pain and time consuming. If you want to get a big pack of some serious wipes, they make ESD Safe Lint Free Clean Room cloths in packs of hundreds of wipes for like $30-$40.  But they’re not pre moistened, which isn’t a big deal, but it’s a bit overkill for what most people need. My $0.02

These are great, my new favorites, one whipe is all you need when changing the thermal paste, and it leaves the CPU clean and ready for new paste.

These wipes work well to clean both the CPU IHS and CPU Fan heatsink ( only 1 wipe needed for both if used effectively). These are great for a clean removal of thermal paste and are great to give around for friends that might need them in the future. One thing that I have a small complaint about is that they can be too wet at times which causes a overflow of alcohol that could leak beyond the CPU IHS, so be sure to see if theres too much alcohol in the wipe before wiping your CPU.
