I have been using these for years.I had to reorder to finish a job and found out they had changed the plastic connectors. This change made a difference of about 1/4 to 3/8 inch longer. When you already have part of your project complete it causes some problems.Fortunately I was able to work around this.Just be aware if you have the same thing going on.

I did some small railing on my deck, it was easy to install and looks good.

The balusters themselves are fine, but contrary to the photos, the baluster studs are angled!

Bought these spindles for an outside porch on our house. They were easy to install (hubby had to trim them to fit, but it did not affect their appearance.) We also used the same product on our front porch several years ago and they still look good.

product seems nice. failed to give me correct number of poles and didn"t send enough connectors.

I bought these to use on a wooden dog kennel that I built for my wife. I had to cut them down to fit them in the door but they seem sturdy enough but I do wish the ends that keep it in place were not plastic but they work just fine. They were pretty easy to cut as well because they are aluminum which really helped speed up the process of building the doors.

The plastic retainers are badly deformed. I had to cut them straight on the miter saw.Spend a lot of time for that.Bad quality control.The pipe spindles them self's are good.

Upon arrival about half of the boxes were busted open. Turns out I’m missing three packs of the plastic end caps.
