I am 6'5, 239, if that helps. This is a size 13 8mm. We just ordered the size 12 10mm. Nice weight, looks sharp. This is a travel band. I was scratching the gold band with simple things like pull-ups. I wanted a slightly larger ring for that purpose to remove it for a quick set, but also for shoveling, raking, and the sorts. The 13 fits snuggly enough over the knuckle, but not enough that a slight swing of my arm might send it flying and it looks like my finger was swimming (to me, at least) so we went down a size. A stylist once chided me that if I liked something, then I should buy two of three of them, but that might not be the case for a wedding band, but the price point is good enough for that.
