**Q: What's the warranty?**
A: Just learned the hard way only the motor is one year warranty and everything else is not covered. Large pitcher cracked after 10 months and the replacement is $100

**Q: Would this blend coffee beans or grains?**
A: Yes you can but it's a learning process to get the grind consistent for the process of the type of coffee you're needing. I would grind smaller amounts of beans for a short time, using pulses instead of on ... You will want a More course grind consistency than you might think because it is super easy to get the grind looking more like what you buy that is pre ground, and your coffee will clog up in the filter basket. I've been using various devices to grind my own coffee for decades and using various devices to make coffee from making it on the stove campfire style, traditional drip, to french press and pod style. If your coffee grounds are too fine they resist getting wet and the water leaks out, you've heard the phrase like water off a ducks back - mess everywhere. So experiment with small amounts. If you do get a batch of grounds too fine, easy to fix, just put them into any sealable container, zipper bag, jar with a lid etc, add cold water and mix, stir, or shake and let sit for 30 minutes to overnight depending on the intensity you desire. You'll want to filter this at least twice, then you can Brew the grounds as you normally would. Heat the liquid and dilute with water to your preference. It's basically a trial and error to get it to the way you prefer.

**Q: Can you blend hot liquids like bulletproof coffee in it?**
A: We would like to inform you that this blender is not designed to blend hot ingredients.

**Q: Ninja professional plus blender with auto-iq is the pitcher glass?**
A: No it is plastic. However I bought this for both my daughter and nephew and they both love this blender!

I picked this blender because it claimed to be powerful, and the was still mid-priced. I wanted something that would be quick and easy, on the large side for capacity, and I wanted the power it takes to actually make milkshakes out of hard ice cream. I purchased a much cheaper department store one first (wasted money), and it just didn’t have the power necessary for making a thick shake—but THIS blender does have all the power, a sleek design, and it does a great shop. PSA Those blades are incredibly sharp, you really do need to handle with caution.
