I was surprised to see it was dark brown, unlike the white salt scrubs I'd tried before. I looked at the ingredient list, and it contains an artificial caramel colorant. Not an issue, I just was surprised. It is really more like a sugar scrub, just with salt added as the exfoliant. Best of both worlds.

Nice scent and moisturizing. I needed a non-water-based exfoliator to prepare my hands for paraffin wax dips, and this is working well. Just a little bit is needed. I was surprised to see it was dark brown, unlike the white salt scrubs I'd tried before. I looked at the ingredient list, and it contains an artificial caramel colorant. Not an issue, I just was surprised. It is really more like a sugar scrub, just with salt added as the exfoliant. Best of both worlds.
