Sterilite 12786P04 17 Gallon/64 Liter Weave Tote, Espresso, 4-Pack

I have been a big fan of storage totes for years. During a move, they're great, and for tidying up and sorting out seasonal clothing, they're a must. I purchased these to go in a hallway where there's a lot of space but no closet. Since it's going to be visible, I wanted something that was both functional and attractive. The brown is darker which is good because it's not a loud bright color and isn't screaming "look at me." It's a nice woven finish which adds to the appeal. Not going to be mistaken for a wicker or rattan by any means, but just a nice extra touch. I also purchased the matching shelving unit (2x) to coordinate. This brand has always been good and sturdy for me and this product doesn't disappoint.

I first purchased one of these totes in a retail store because I needed something to store my yarn in. This tote fit so well with my decor that I decided to leave it out in the open instead of hidden away. I liked it so much that I went back to the store the next day to pick up another. Unfortunately they were all gone. Apparently someone else loved the look of these totes as much as I do :) I searched online to find another one but at this time they are extremely hard to get ahold of. I stumbled upon this 4 pack here on Amazon. I only needed one more but I ended up going ahead and just buying the 4 pack. So now, I have two out in the open for my yarn storage. I put a few folded homemade afghans on top of them and it looks wonderful! I tossed out some other totes that I had in my closet and replaced them with the remaining 3 totes that came in this pack. These are definitely much more appealing than any other totes I've seen and they compliment any decor.

These are as nice as everyone has stated. I kept looking for something for my lanai for my cats to see over the shrub planted in front of it. I stacked one on top of the other to create cat perches that are the same color as my woven porch furniture.I did place some objects in the top one that I stacked so they don't come crashing down when they jump up. The containers provide a nice, big surface for the cats to lounge and sleep on. I did cut up a yoga mat so the bumpy surface wouldn't bother them. If I need more room on the lanai, I can just stack the containers all together and put them in a closet. Very successful and cheap fix for my problem.

Great bins for the value. Nice and big and stores a lot. And they look ok for storage in sight. I deducted a star as two of the covers cracked in one corner from the stacking, and the should have been able to hold up to that as described. But they still close well so I would still recommend them.

The box delivered in isn't the best, so be aware. The storage bins themselves and lids came through unscathed. No chips, cracks, etc. I think these are a bit thicker than the usual storage container, may be the texture? The lids aren't heavy-weight so I wouldn't stack more than 2 and keep lighter things in the top container. Otherwise, I really really like these! I'll be moving soon and plan to use these specifically for bathroom and kitchen items so I know to grab these bins first. Much better than dealing with cardboard boxes. I do think I'm going to have to tie string or twine around them to keep the lid on, the snap on part of the lid isn't all that strong, not for moving anyway. Only things that would make these totally perfect would be better, stronger snap on lids and a 30 gallon size. These are a little smaller than I had been anticipating. But they do go perfectly with the 2 3-drawer units I'd previously bought so if I have to or want to keep these out, they'll match! Yes there was a bit of the usual Sterlite plastic smell, but I've aired these out and now there's no smell at all.

So, I used these as top-entry litter boxes for my cats. The size is perfect, and it was really easy to cut out a square on one end of the lid with a utility knife. Seeing as how actual top-entry litter boxes are usually around 40 a piece, I thought getting 4 for that price was real bargain. Plus, they look much better in my house. Inside walls are nice and smooth, so scooping is a breeze. Thanks for the great product!

I actually ordered these as a makeshift rabbit house for my outside rabbits as I plan to cut a small hole in them, but these are so elegant looking I'm tempted to keep them for myself and use them as a furniture piece in my living area. They're well made and the lids fit perfectly while also being versatile. This is the storage you don't have to hide!
