Tried to get this rectified 3 times by 3 different agents and all 3 agents seemed to have connection issues all of a sudden. Convenient or coincidence when asked to replace the DEAD ladybug eggs, that are in the habitat that cannot be opened to retrieve the dead eggs to send back for a refund/replacement.

**Q: Did anyone else receive them in a plastic envelope? Someone, during the delivery process, stepped on and crushed their tube. Daughter so upset.**
A: Yes mine came in a padded envelope with a sticker on it saying live insects. They were in plastic tubes with red caps that were taped on. I’ve waited the suggested 48 hours for the larvae to come to life, unfortunately none survived. Very disappointed.

**Q: Our ladybug larvae all died, how do I receive a replacement**
A: you must Contact who you received them from and tell them they died.  Call them or email them. if you got them from (Insect lore) they will replace them as far ans anyone else i not sure.

**Q: How long till they grow into full size lady bugs?**
A: They take3 - 4 weeks

**Q: Will these feed on my garden aphids?**
A: Yes.  Aphids are the ladybugs’ primary diet.

So, I ordered these babies because I had a pretty massive aphid infestation on my balcony garden, but the only full-grown ladybug options seemed extreme. I didn't think 300-1,000 buggies were necessary for my little 12x5 space and last season some of these dudes showed up naturally and did the job so well. I had a great time watching them work and grow and live, so I was SUPER excited for this order to arrive (ran downstairs like a kid on Christmas after getting the notification of delivery). 100% of the little dudes showed up alive, and they made great work on the tasty bugs waiting for them. I've had a wonderful time obsessively checking on them to make sure they're okay (I know they're insects, but I still had to worry). Literally my only complaint is that they sometimes wander off to places where I can't immediately find them, but that's how bugs do! I'm so happy to have found this super reasonably priced, all natural method of pest control, and fully intend to purchase again for the same reason when I inevitably have the same problem next season.
