**Q: Can this be used to lubricate a solid brass isolating gate valve?, which I have taken apart and cleaned.**
A: Yes it would be fine for that. I have used it in many applications - mainly marine - but for anything where water repelling lubrication is needed, it’s great. Also good for electrical insulation.

**Q: Will this work on brake caliper guide pins and spark plugs?**
A: Good for caliper pins but not plug threads. It's dialectric (an insulator)

**Q: My toilet soft close mechanism is failing, I read I need to top up with silicone damping grease. Will this product do the job?**
A: No it won't the soft close uses a vert high viscous goo a bit like PritStik but isn't.
This grease is way too weak.
Cheaper to buy a new a seat.
I fit bathrooms for a living and come across this often. It is easier and cheaper to buy a new seat.

**Q: Is this suitable for lubricating keyboard switches, or is it too thick?**
A: Only thing I can say is I used it on my brake calipers to lubricate the slider pins
