I’d recommend sizing down if you’re in between sizes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Their comfort *by T***A on July 29, 2026* Their the best shoes ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome relief but difficult for high volume/ wider feet *by J***R on March 29, 2026* I resisted buying these when I had plantars fasciitis a few years ago-, now I have something going on with my achilles tendon. So I ordered these. I am between a 6.5 and a 7, I ordered the 7. I also have high volume, sorta wide but not wide enough for wide width shoes, feet. These are hard to get on my feet, I have to wiggle my feet into them-- they are the right size if anything the length is a tad too long; I wouldn't size up. I can't wear them with any sort of socks, not even thin socks. But once I get them on my feet properly, with arch aligned correctly, they are amazing! If arch isn't aligned they aren't great. So it takes lots of wiggling to get them just so. They aren't a throw on slipper like I was hoping, unfortunately. Maybe the thong version would be, but I can't do thongs (and you can't wear socks with thongs). I wish they had more give on the uppers, then they'd be perfect. I'm keeping them because they are already helping, and it's only been two days. But I don't think the uppers are going to stretch much over time. They are cute, if that's a consideration. If they made this in a wide width I'd probably need a size 6. It's not the width it's the height. UPDATE: I still love these but still wish they had a wide width/or higher roomier version. They are helping my feet a lot. But I have to wiggle my feet into them just so, then there's an inch extra at the heel. I can't just slip them on and go; if I do that they aren't comfortable on my heel. But when positioned just right, they are giving me serious relief. I'd love to try the sneaker version but I have too many doubts they'll work. If you can do thongs (I can't) try that first. If you have narrow feet these will probably work.
