It works perfectly. I didn't have to do anything to make it work it. All I use it for is to turn up/down the volume on my radio.

got the wrong item first, but they made good!
after the company had a mix up and sent me the wrong item, they did make good and sent me the correct item with no hassle. It came with no instructions on how to sync with radio, to my delight it worked right out of the package, and didn't need any instructions. Works great!

Works well but some buttons don't work with my Kenwood double din radio.
Controls volume and channels on my Kenwood radio but thats about all.

Works (not completely) with DNX9960
My DNX9960 remote got wet and the volume down button stopped working. I purchased this remote hoping that the source, att, previous and next track, play/pause, and volume buttons would work and they all do!The phone button, return button, audio and others do not work with the DNX9960. But if you want a smaller remote (I love the smaller size) that controls the basic functions pick one up!
