I’m so glad I found these. I’ve been so frustrated trying to find headache medication in the U.S. (I’m from South Africa)These have the same ingredients as Excedrin but the caffeine dosage is MUCH lower. I have tried Excedrin and every time I did, it little made me buzz to the point of inducing a panic attack because it felt so awful. The caffeine dosage is way to high for me, but I need the combination ingredients to be effective for my headaches as straight acetaminophen or ibuprofen Etc aren’t effective.Vanquish is the closest I’ve come to finding a medication similar to what I used many years ago back in South Africa (same ingredients, slightly different dosages)I only wish it wasn’t so hard to find and more readily available in stores like Tylenol and Excedrin are.

I think I first took VANQUISH when I was recovering from a surgery about 50 yrs ago. I was about 20 & soon discovered it helped me with my migraines! Can't handle much caffeine, aspirin... but Vanquish is the perfect combination of simple aspirin acetaminophen.... I have tried generic or other brands of this combo but I have never found the relief I get from Vanquish! It costs a bit more & is hard to locate in stores if they even carry it! In the past I have had to ask the pharmacist to order it for me! I am grateful to be able to get it online & delivered now! My daughter inherited my migraines & used Vanquish but now they have an RX that works on them. My fear is that it could be discontinued~Please don't let that happen!!

I get a lot of migraines. For me, they come in 3 types: tension (neck), sinus, and general front of the head.For the tension ones, as soon as I recognize it, and determine that it won't go away on its own, I take 1 Vanquish and 2 ibuprofen. Works 95% of the time to keep my tension headache from turning into a migraine. If I wait too long, and the migraine begins, I can take 2 V, and 2 or 3 ibuprofen, and that usually solves it. If not, then I take Excedrin Migraine.For the other types, sinus can be staved off with some sinus or cold medicine (I prefer dayquil) and a few ibuprofen. If I waited too long and the migraine begins, I'll then take a full dose of Excedrin Migraine.The general front of the head ones, those are tricky. I used to confuse them with sinus and waste time and medicine by treating it like sinus. I've been having good luck with using vanquish, ibuprofen, and excedrin lately.

Nothing…and I mean, NOTHING gets rid of my headaches like Vanquish! I’ve been taking this, now-very hard-to-find product, for well over 45 years, and I recommend it to anyone who suffers from “cluster”, stress, eye-strain or other kinds of frequent headaches! I take 2 tablets at the 1st sign of pain, and my headache is almost instantly gone! The label has changed but the ingredients have remained the same. Vanquish has never failed me, and the quality of my life would greatly diminish, without it.

This is a pain reliever that my mother has used for as long as I can remember. My mother just turned 77 years old on the 27th of June. She was told by Walmart that this product was no longer being sold & was worried. Vanquish has been the only thing that her stomach tolerated, that she could use for her headaches. So, I got on Amazon and looked & even though it was more expensive, I purchased it right away just in case what she had been told was true. We hope that it is not true. So, from now on we will order it from Amazon, this way she doesn’t need to worry.

For some reason it has a funny taste and I have used Vanish for years.

For over 50 years, this is the only Pain Reliever that works for my wicked headaches. If they're sinus related, sinus meds do not work for me but Vanquish does. Sometimes I need to double up after about 2 1/2 hours so it gets into my system but the second dose brings relief. Also, Vanquish helps take away the terrible pressure headaches caused by coming changes in the weather. Vanquish is getting more difficult to find. I was hoping with the new label that it was coming back onto the market but it doesn't look like that's the case.

I have been using Vanquish for many years. It has never disappointed! Works fast! Great for headaches and muscle & joint pain relief. Unfortunately it has also gotten difficult to find:(. I am still able to order it on Amazon!
