When the filter arrived part of the inside of filter was cracked. I returned it and purchased the above filter in photo which is a Hayward Model W3DE3620. The filter was a few hundred dollars more but it arrived perfect. The installation was very easy because I was replacing my old Hayward filter. Everything lined up perfectly. Note: pool store estimated 4 months before they could get one. It took ten minutes to get it out of the box and screw on the new shut off/on connector purchased with it. Plumber put in for me in 30 minutes after I took out the old one. I did have all the connectors and pvc on hand already. Works great pool is super clear, old one was over 30 years old and going.
