Wonderful for extremely dry eyes!.
These eye drops are wonderful for extreme dry eyes. I use them several times a day and they keep my eyes moist and comfortable. They don't sting lke some eyedrops do when you put them in. Good to keep one in my purse for daily use, and at bedtime.

Wrong item sent
I like this product. But not the nighttime item. I received 1 nighttime item which I delivered. But I ordered a 3 package of this item which I have never received. They sent a package of 3 more nighttime. Not replacing their mistake I wouldn’t purchase it again through Amazon.

Vet recommended for my dog's dry eyes.
My vet recommended this gel for my senior dog who is blind and suffers from cataracts and dry eyes. The gel is very easy to apply without waste, and truly does keep her eyes moist throughout the day. Safe for her eyes, affordable, and helps minimize gooey buildup in her eyes. I apply it to the surface of her eye, and then gently lift her lower eyelid up and over the gel, she closes her eye of course, and then I very very lightly massage her eyelid to spread the gel. My little dog loves this gel and I'm so glad that it helps her eyes.

I’ve had difficulty finding this product, recent order received was ointment not gel. Plus the cost is so high.I contacted the company that makes it, Alcon, and got this reply:Thank you for contacting Alcon regarding GenTeal . This product is currently on a backorder with an anticipated release date in April/May 2025 and is not being discontinued.For replacements in the meantime, please reach out to your eye care professional for guidance.

Effective for people with dry eyes
Use this continually over the years. Recently, one tube malfunctioned, and the spout broke off. Since package had two or three tubes, I just rolled with the punch!
