Review: Sleepy, relaxing days are here! - Just to qualify this review, I only received these yesterday (29/04/2026) so this is based one one day's experience. They arrived very well packed and, on first impression, seem to be very sturdy and well made, simplicity itself to set up and fold down. The positional locking system very easy to use and the side tray a nice wee bonus. Now for the important part, the comfort! well I can only say, again based on one day's use, that I found the comfort level so good that I dosed off in the Scottish sun, yes the sun was shining! Very pleased with these and highly recommend.

**Q: Is this chair made of aluminium?**
A: No idea.but they are strong and heavy

**Q: What weight do these chairs take**
A: These 'Straame chairs take up to 150kg or 23 stone 8.69 pounds in weight.
There is a bowed metal support bar underneath seat to take the initial weight when sitting. I suggest to support yourself with your hands on the arms to ease your way down slowly when sitting to avoid slipping. But these chairs are incredibly comfy and easy to adjust position while relaxing. Maybe better fit for people smaller than 6 feet.

**Q: Can you hold the chair with the cup holder on ?**
A: Hi,  The cup holder does not clip on, and will simply fall off if left on the chair after folding it.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Is the head cushion moveable? Can it be moved to lumber region?**
A: The cushion is moveable to different head height but it doesn't slide down to the lower back. I have used an extra cushion for that.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Zero Gravity chairs

The chairs came in time, today, looked fabulous, except on both of the chairs, there were white paint marks on the arm rests. Can’t understand why there would be what looked like, white gloss paint marks on it? if it’s brand new? I couldn’t rub it off. There were also scuff marks on the chairs. I don’t know If these were a return? That has been sent back out? Can only assume someone was painting, then sat down and had a good rest in the chairs? Hence the paint marks on the arms👀 Other than that, the chairs are very comfortable, the cup holders are excellent. The only negative thing is the locking mechanism, even when you lock it tight, the chair still moves, you just have to be very careful when using it. This should be improved In the design, I’m sure it’s not a new thing they don’t know about? The chairs are also quite heavy if you were taking them camping etc. I have only sat in it for 5 minutes to try it out, So will see how it goes, when I actually use it for longer. Basically it does what it says on the can, have to use it over the summer to get a real feel of how long it lasts for. I don’t have time to return chairs, cause of paint marks, should have been checked before being sent out? I will give it an 8/10 so far.
