I love this conditioner!

I used this at a hotel and was so happy with it I looked it up to order full bottles.

I love this product and usually purchase it directly from the manufacturer. I was excited to see it on Amazon for some $$ savings. Unfortunately my bottles arrived wrapped poorly and the pump was not secured. So the pump released and the product was spilled inside the box. I returned it. I’m sticking with the direct manufacturer because they always ship it properly.

Liked this shampoo ,conditioner, and body lotion in this line.First used at the kimpton hotel in Savannah.Happy to find it on Amazon thru the kimpton hotels. Works great and had a nice fragrance.

This conditioner is definitely effective but it's too thick and oily to leave in after you've washed with shampoo, an extra wash after you've applied it almost certainly required unless you want your hair to look like you haven't showered for two days. It works pretty well even once it's been washed out though.

My hair had an absolutely beautiful shine after using this conditioner and was totally manageable. My hair tends to be dry and course. I love this conditioner.

I ordered both conditioner and shampooThe conditioner smelled gross like old product that has been sitting on a shelf for a long time. Shame on the seller for not being responsible for the product. Unfortunately I could not return because I used it and it smelled GROSS! I ended up throwing it away. Products do expire and should not be sold and it was not cheap will never order again.

I have been using this brand for 5 years. The conditioner is thick and creamy. This bottle must have been diluted with water. I shook the bottle before opening it. The consistency was very thin, like runny fluid. I am very disappointed
