## Description

An easy to use water base acrylic designed to seal and lock in joint sand in one step. Provides long lasting protection against stains, oil and grease. Beautifies and protects from color fading. This unique formula makes the surface easier to clean and maintain. Surface can be recoated with a maintenance coat as needed. It is LEED eligible.

Review: Magic - This worked wonders for me - after having several failed attempts (DIY and contractors) keeping sand in my paver joints across a decently sized patio with two walkways, I did some research and stumbled upon this sealer. I took a chance and was amazed after the first rain - not a pebble of sand had washed away. I purchased and applied this back in May 2023 so my patio went through 2 complete winters and summers and so far I've only spotted a weed here and there this past week, which is fair after 2+ years. Prior to this sealer, this patio was the worst thing in my backyard. Folks did not even know a patio existed because it was covered up with moss and weeds most of the time, it was unmanageable. This product changed all of that and I'm thankful I discovered it before pulling the trigger on a completely new patio renovation. This literally salvaged my patio and put life back into it. **Q: What type of polymetric sand works good with this product?**
A: Dear Friend,

Our Paver sealer works well with any type of polymeric sand.

We would just recommend to folow all of the manufactures instructions of the polymeric sand. Make sure all excess poly sand is completely removed before activating the sand. Allow the sand to cure for at least 24 hrs. after activating the sand to make sure the pavers and sand are bone dry when applying the sealer. Inspect the pavers once more before applying the sealer, so that you don't seal over any poly sand haze before it is removed. The sealer will add additional joint sand stabilization with which ever joint sand you choose.

**Q: Is this the same as the low gloss product?**
A: Not sure of the "low gloss" product, but it would be more semi-gloss.

**Q: Can I use this for DG path?**
A: No sure what a DG path is.

**Q: How well does this work to keep weeds from growing?**
A: I would say sort of.  I have weed block fabric under my pavers, and a drain that runs reason water over the pavers. This has washed out some of the sealed sand. Where the sand had washed out,  some grass has tried to grow,  but not where the sand is still solid.

I like the results and everything about it. In my case I didn’t need to squeegee so I’m sorry I bought a squeegee. However I do wish there were instructions on how to open the spout. I had to grab the top edge of it with two pliers and really pulled hard. Also, my tip is to pour the first amount into a bucket rather than try to pour it into a sprayer or you’ll make a big mess.
