You want it snug enough to block light, but not to tight as to be uncomfortable. **Q: Can you actually wear it all night when sleeping or does it move around when you toss and turn?** A: I sleep on my back and have had no problems. **Q: Does the strap cover ears or can they comfortably go around them** A: Thank you for your question! The Mindfold Mask has an adjustable strap that should adjust to your liking. **Q: how comfortable is it? if you where it all night is the area where the mask makes contact with your face a little itchy or uncomfortable?** A: I have purchased many styles of sleep masks over the years and what makes this mask unique is that my eyelashes do not touch the mask.
