I had high hopes for these. I like that it was three different snore stoppers to try, and the price was really good. But in the end, it wasn't worth it. The horse shoe shaped magnet ones I loved because they were so comfortable, but the magnet isn't strong enough, so they would fall out of my nose at night, so that didn't work. Everything in this package was described as being silicone, but the spiral basket looking one was actually made of plastic, and ended up hurting the inside of my nose when i need to push them up farther. That was pretty sheisty to not be accurate about the material. The only one that sort of worked was the silicone solid ones, but those usually fell out too. And then there was also a bunch of ones you cant use because they aren't your size. I think the concept is good but the execution is not quite there yet.

Most of these sizes are more miniature people. Smaller noses might find the THIRD size helpful. Only two (largest and next size down) will begin to push against my deviated septum and clear my air passage. You're buying an assortment, but only get TWO that'll work.

They are just average at best. The clip things didn't stop snoring and started hurting in the middle of the night. You get all these other nose things, but only 2 fit. The others are just a waste.

Easy to use but does not really help with snoring and gets loose quickly. Good that you have several sizes but the tiny ones are annoying and not super comfortable. None really worked for snoring!

Didn’t actually help my snoring issue. Wore these for a month before climbing back into the same bed as my wife and she saw no difference. Back to the guest room for me 😫

since they are so cheap, I ordered it,, tried it for a minutes, threw away. very uncomfortable. I will stick with my breathe right nose strips, they work.

We have tried numerous options and these noseplugs have worked better than any others.. He wasn't super stoked about sticking something up his nose for the entire night but he said they fit comfortably which makes him forget they are even there. The snoring has decreased and my sleep has increased which has done wonders for us - no more grumpiness or one of us moving to the couch.
