piece of junk instruction to small to read, did not work, custermer service rep answered in Chinese and hung up on me.

The concept was nice but I just couldn't get it to function as it was suppose to, nor could I seem to find all that much help using online support.

Battery won't charge. Had to return it.

This was not an easy setup but when I finally did get it working and connected to my phone it's usability was severely limited. I had been hoping that I'd be able to use it like expandable memory, i.e. like you could use the SD memory cards with phones, but this doesn't work like that at all. So you can't move files that need to be on your phone to it. Also the battery doesn't last long at all, perhaps a couple of hours at best. Also after a few weeks I was no longer able to connect to the device at all. This is the most frustrating gadget I've ever bought!

This is actually a pretty cool device. We returned ours because we needed more storage and this was on the small side. However, it works well, it was user friendly and I would recommend it for most applications.

THIS PRODUCT IS GREAT. THE ONLY REASON I GIVE 4 OUT OF 5 STARS IS SIMPLY BECASUE IT IS NOT WIRELESS IN COMMUNICATING WITH MY PC. EVERTHING ELSE IS GREAT...HAVE REALLY TRIMMED DOWN SPACE ON IPAD (32G) IN PHOTOS, VIDEOS ETC.

One of the things that I look for in a product is practicality. If there are several sellers offering comparable products and price is negligible, for me it will boil down to design. And, this product is a marvel in design.About two maybe three years ago, I reviewed a similar product by Sandisk-- their “Wireless Media Drive” which I thought and still think is a great product.What AirDisk has done in half the size AND almost half the price of the Sandisk at $46. The Sandisk, more than two years later is still selling at $78.Both devices function the same way.These are portable (wireless) harddrives where you can access the content via an app that you'd install on your cellphone or tablet.As with the Sandisk model, the Airdisk allows you to transfer data via a cable or wirelessly. I've found that transferring video is best when the devices are within close proximity.I took the Airdisk to work last week and in the video, and as you can see in the video, pairing was no more than 30 seconds and transferring a 45 second video was no more than 20 seconds.And, from your device, you can remotely remove any and all data from the Airdisk.This is a phenomenal accessory that multiple people can use simultaneously.Measuring 1.5” x 1.5” x .5” and less than .5 lb, this is a runaway 5-star product.This is my #3 product of 2015.Product provided for review by the manufacturer.
