These are the same resistance bands as described in the listing, they're the same brand and strength, etc. The only issue is they are the wrong colors! I loved the pastel blues and pinks pictured yet the ones I received are neon pink/yellow/purple. Since they were so cheap and since the item themselves technically are fine, I don't think it's worth pursuing a return/refund for these. Just wish they were the colors advertised :/

I am very happy with the quality of this reactance band set. I like that is comes with 4 different sizes so both my wife and I can use them.. We have been through lots of thin resistance bands that wear out too quickly and eventually snap. These bands are thick and durable!!! they are actually similar to the resistance bands I used as a college athlete in our weight room.I like that the rubber is soft.Our main use is as a pull up assist, they are a huge help, and the quality is great so I can focus on my workout and not think about them snapping.I also like to use them for stretching, they are great for tight hamstrings.We haven’t used them for strength training yet, but will be our go to workout while traveling.Overall we are very happy with this product.Great quality, can be used for a variety of workouts/ stretches, good for any fitness level.

These are very thick. I just got them and used them a few times, so not sure on how durable they will be over time. I’m recovering from surgery so I actually had to use two to be able to work on the pull up bar, but it worked. They stretch a lot as I put my feet in them, not just my knees and I’m 5’9” with long arms.

Since the gyms are still closed and the stay-at-home order still in effect I thought I should add more tools for variation. This is a great addition to my at-home gym. I like that this bundle has four different bands with different strengths and is color coordinated. This was a great purchase!

These seem to be of decent quality. Used them for a few weeks now for resistance training. Nice change up from just weights adds a lot of value to the workout for a reasonable price.

Hands down one of thee best pieces of workout equipment I have ever owned

I miss my favorite cable machine so I bought this Been using it for my glute workouts at home. So far so good and it does the job. I attach it to my ankle strap and do kickbacks.
