Works intermittently, changed batteries but still intermittent. One disappointed little boy.

We bought this for our Buzz obsessed son, got it out of the box, pressed the demo mode and was happy, switched it from 'demo' to 'on' and it doesn't work..

Broken. No sound
It doesn't work. No sound. Bought in September for Xmas gift. Opened today and is broken. But outside window to return despite not being fit for purpose

Awful!
Product doesn’t work! Changed batteries and still doesn’t work. Would like a replacement but only been offered a refund once they’ve received the faulty goods. One unhappy boy :(
