A nice to have power bank!
I bought this power bank to charge my two cellphones and iPad, and it works great. Its 12000mAh enable me to charge my phone 2-3 times before I have to recharge the power bank itself. The LED light is also very useful during my camping trip. And it has three modes, which can be used as a signal light in an emergency. The solar charge works, but slowly. I am in north Texas, where has enough sun shine every day. During the hikes, I clipped this power bank on by backpack, and walked for about 3 hours. It looks like it only charged less than 10% I guess (based on the LED signal lights). So, the best way to charge this power bank is still using the USB cable, and don't 100% rely on the solar panel. BUT, in an emergency, the solar panel could be a life saver. Who knows? When you charge the power bank, I would recommend to use a 5V 2A charger, which charges it to 100% in 4 hours. If you only have 5V 1A charger, it may take around 7-8 hours to fully charge it.

Very handy charger. Good for day trips or emergency situations.
Pretty handy gadget. The design is nice and it's very steady. The buttons are a little bit hard to press in the beginning but after you figured it out it goes easy. The manual is a little bit short and things are missing like "How to get the lighter started." When I tried charging my iPhone as well as my iPad at the same time it was pretty quick to charge just the charging of the solar charger after took a little bit more time. If you are not in a hurry it's a pretty good portable charger. The charger comes with a flashlight, a lighter, two USB outlets, a solar panel on one side and 4 lights which indicate how much more charge is available.

I appreciated its solar panel design
Recommended by a friend to get this solar charger for my phone. I'm glad I did. Our area was hit by natural disaster a couples times, so our power was out for several days, I used this to charge my phone and it worked perfectly, I appreciated its solar panel design which allowed for charging input when left it in a sunlit area. Had a decent capacity which supplied my phone with 3-4 charges with a single charge. Pretty functional and handy for indoor and outdoor use.

Good Power Bank, with Solar option that will increase it's endurance when without wall power.
Large capacity power Bank, can be charged both by placing it in the sun, and or via USB charging. and unlike most power banks, if you are USB charging it you can also plug in you cell phone and charge it at the same time. The Solar charging, is like most solar chargers slow, so don't expect to charge it if it is completely depleted during the one day of full sun. The solar option really just adds additional endurance to the unit.Capacity wise it has enough juice when fully charged to completely charge my Galaxy S5 2 to 3 times before it is depleted. and having the Solar capability can extend that run-time a bit more.I use this for camping, I go with both it and my phone fully charged, and and use it to top off my phone once a day. (Yes I don't use the phone constantly like the kids today.) So I get about 24 hours on a charge and with this unit It ensures I am not cut off before I pack out at the end of the week. But like all things increased phone and data use will mean you hit the charger more and deplete everything much faster.Long and the short it does all that I need it to do.

Meh. Okay with quirks.
Just received it and charged it up full last night. Testing charging my phone today. Have not tested solar yet, but a few comments already worth mentioning:1. Instructions are awful.2. Usability is a little lacking- buttons are difficult to press; no clue why sometimes lights flash and other times cycle.3. Apparently the unit times out when charging the phone. Mine just stopped charging the phone. Pressed power and its charging again. What? Why?

Emergency Power
My family recently experience eight days without electricity thanks to Hurricane Irma. Once we used all the power of our cellphones, we were without telephone communication. However, a friend lent me a Poweradd Apollo 2 power bank which was a life saver. Because of that experience I decided to buy two units of the same power banks which have performed flawlessly during texting. Each unit is able to provide three full charges to an IPhone 7s which is sufficient to use during emergencies.

This solar charger is good. I am ready to travel
This solar charger is good. I am ready to travel, and then I feel I need to buy a mobile charger. I think that its charging is working well, mainly I feel that it is convenient for outside door activities, and it won't get too hot when I used it. It's safe.
