Size:Pellon 40 - 1 Pack 40 Pellon Stabilizer Midweight is a mid to heavyweight sew-in stabilizer for the firm, crisp support. It is great for hat brims, tote bags, and needlecraft backings.

My favorite fusible
This is my favorite fusible web. It's sturdy but not crispy, if you know what I mean. It holds shape when I'm doing home dec projects, but is not so stiff that you can't turn the fabric outside in. I use this for fabric baskets and diaper bags to keep shape. Easy to iron on - I find it quick to glue down and I don't have to repeatedly go over it to keep it attached to the fabric. Follow the instructions for the best result.

Fusing problems
Although the image doesn't have a label, this is indeed Pellon 808 craft-fuse. I'd say it's a "medium" weight for crafts--will flatten fabric without being stiff or bulky. But the particular batch I got wouldn't fuse well to woven cotton fabric--even after multiple tries the corners wouldn't stay stuck. Maybe it was too old?

It won't fuse
I was happy to use this in a bag I was going to make just to found out this stabilizer doesn't works I follow the instructions by the way I have been Sewing for years is not the first time using an interfacing but for my surprise this won't stick to the fabric not matter what you do, I think I will think twice ordering sewing supply from amazon.

FANTASTIC
This is -thick, stiff pellon- perfect for table runners or dress collars. If you are looking for soft pellon (for shirts and handkerchiefs) get the one in the pink package!I use pellon on the back of my finished hand embroidery to make it soft to the touch and to secure all my knots. I am so glad this came in such a large roll because I will be able to use it for my next few projects! I love that this is iron on. It's super easy to use and it bonds extremely well. I had actually made a mistake in my work and needed to lift a corner up to retry and it was nearly impossible. I will be a forever Pellon customer!

Craft-Fuse Iron-On Stabilizer-15"X4 Yards ... Pellon
This iron-on stabilizer was recommended by a friend who has used it on a variety of sewing products to keep the form stiff and hold the intended shape. I have used it for similar kinds of projects, It worked very well. It is best to follow the directions on the package for the best results. Fabric that is flimsy will not become as sturdy as a piece of denim, so use some judgment in your crafting choices. I have been extremely happy with the results and have ussed it for several projects.

Great Stabilizer
Working with this is easy. It is washable, which is a plus. It is non-woven so works well for bags, throw pillows and things that you most likely won't be wearing, as it does not stretch. I used it in a handbag and I was so very happy.

Midweight, not lightweight interfacing
This is Pellon craft fuse 808 interfacing. Much thicker than Pellon 911ff. Ordered this because it is hard to find locally. A little more expensive though. Definitely midweight, very thick interfacing. It takes more ironing to adhere to fabric. Satisfied with purchase. Using to make masks.

Doesn't work
Following the directions, this didn't bond. Doubling the time and upping the temperature, about half of the surface bonded. It's got a good middle weight but if it doesn't actually iron on as advertised, what's the point. Very disappointing. Pellon is a brand name. This is trash.
