Very big pills so hard to swallow

It took a while to work, but it did the job. I still take them and they work much better now.

Our health is probably the most important thing we have, and often the thing we inadvertantly neglect with a poor diet, high in sugars and refined/processed carbohydrates, and low in fibre.After doing some reasearch, i found that Psyllium is a fabulous source of Fibre, which is so important to allowing the body to function at an optimum healthy level.Apparently, when taken these capsules, it's best to drink at least 1 cup of water, as they will mix together into a thick gelatanous substance in the stomach, which will help make you feel fuller, and also help to reduce sugary food cravings.They aren't a magic bullet to solve all health and digestive issues though, but will definitely benefit those people that are determined to lead a healthier eating regime lower in processed high carb foods, and replacing those with natural butcher bought meat and fresh vegetables.However, it's not always convenient to eat vegetables at work etc, which is where these Psyllium capsules can be taken.

So I did order this item in October 2022 but the item was expired by June 2022. So when I did order this was already out of date....

I use psyllium husk as an alternative to Fybogel. As a bulk forming stool softener these capsules really helps as I take a pain medication which cause constipation. I much prefer to swallow capsules than use a liquid and they although large, they are easy to swallow.They have a gentle function with a predictable result duration of 8-12 hours. They arrive really fast in the post too!

I've only recently gained the ability to swallow pills, and while these aren't the easiest in the world, I don't find them particularly difficult either.There is a VERY slight taste to them, but nothing that hangs around.The first few days of taking them are a little... interesting, but after that I've found they've definitely helped my insides.Will keep buying.
