Fantastic watch. Nice size and thickness. Really clear crystal. The band has easy to release buttons.I haven't spent this much on a watch before, but i always wanted one of these eco-drive models. Well worth it and would buy it again.it sets itself with just a press of the buttons...the hands move to the correct time. The date came set already; the watch can run on low power for years, or so it says in the manual, and it charges by any light source.This is the easiest to read watch I have owned. In low light/dark the hands glow nicely and the markings, etc. are really nicely marked so in the dark (and in the light), it's easy to read the time.The blue is also very subdued, meaning it's not a bright blue, it's a little lighter than navy. Really sharp looking and good contrast with the silver bracelet.I'm not a watch or jewelry person, but I wanted a nice watch, with a perpetual battery that looks professional enough for the office and easy to read. This one hit all the points I was looking for.

The solar power feature is extraordinary......Put this watch on a sunny window sill for a few hours every couple of months and it stays perfectly charged and always accurate. That said, the "blue" dial is so dark that it looks black except in direct sunlight. Also, since this is a GPS watch (not one of the atomic clock models), it doesn't know when it's on daylight savings time. That would be no big deal, except that manually adjusting the hour is kind of a pain in the neck involving multiple steps and button pushes. Also, your contact with a GPS satellite often goes haywire. It's a good looking watch, but my atomic watch version in the Eco line is much more reliable.

I've owned many nice watches (Rolex, G-Shock Wave-Cepter, Renato, Accutron, Seiko, etc) but nothing like this one. It is an understated looking watch, beautiful, and amazing. Push one button and it will figure out where you are in the world, then adjusts the exact time to that time zone. Since it syncs with satellites it uses the atomic clock to give you an accuracy factor of better than one millionth of a second. If you'd like to manually sync the watch once you've let it figure out the time zone, it finds the satellites in about 3 seconds. It also charges itself on whatever light is available. Once fully charged (there's a meter for that) it will go for about 2 years before running out of battery. If you were to stick it in a drawer (fully charged) it would stop turning the hands after 3 days to save power, but continue to keep the time internally for 7 years. You won't want to stick this in a drawer though. It's too cool to be anywhere but on your wrist. Since it has so many features, I recommend either reading the manual fully, or watching one of the you-tube videos explaining the features. Actually I read the manual AND watched the videos.

Watch looks great, however I have spent all weekend attempting to correct the date and I am giving this watch low marks for ease of use. I have read and reread the manual, have manually adjusted the date, but each time I subsequently sync the time, the date reverts to an incorrect day. Frustrating.

very nice, a bit on the heavy side, would be more to my liking if it were titanium. otherwise no issues.

Very nice watch, have only had it for a few days. I am in between sizes on the bracelet which is frustrating, wish they had a leather band that would fit it, I would change. Not simple to figure out all the functions, but doable, and satisfying when it works. My wife likes the looks, so do I. Would recommend it with more enthusiasm if I could get a leather band. Will be my everyday watch.

I am excited about adding this watch to my list of watches. Like the idea of the GPS time keeping plus the solar cell power. Haven't played with a lot of the different features, but so far I am impressed with all of this watches features and abilities.

This Citizen is my most favorite watch! I was spoiled by the Casio Wave Ceptor watches decades ago and have used varieties of them over the years. I liked the functions and the accuracy. BUT. The battery replacement task was a nuisance (even 'tho rare). With this Citizen I never need to worry about batteries, still have great accuracy, illuminated watch hands for dark viewing and day/date info. Other features like stop watch and timer were rarely used on the watch and are now available thru the iPhone. My other Citizen watches have been ultra reliable but do not have the features aboard this model. I highly recommend the watch.

I thought it is a nice watch. The blue dial is not too bright which is a good thing. Even though it automatically searches for local time it was not able to give correct summer time automatically,you have to do it manually. I did not realize that it was coming from the US even though it is Amazon.ca, I have to pay $50 custom fee which adds to the total cost( it wasn't funny).
