Review: Highly effective in reducing plantar fasciitis symptoms - I was not expecting these insoles to reduce my plantar fasciitis pain as quickly as they did. They really did give immediate relief, and the pain did not return overnight as it normally does. I have a "standard" width foot and the insoles are a snug fit in my shoes and slippers, obviously raise my foot a little so I need to loosen the laces on my trainers, but they are comfortable and highly effective. I've just ordered additional pairs so I can leave them in shoes and slippers and not have to repeatedly move them during the day.

**Q: are these washable**
A: No washing instructions are given but I think you could carefully hand wash them. They seem quite robust.

**Q: Can these be cut down if say im an 8.5 so order the 9 and trim the toe end slightly??**
A: Yes they can be cut down easily. But I wouldn't cut more than a half size off as the Arch would be in thr wrong place..

**Q: I have 8.5 trainers should I get 8 or 9**
A: An 8 would be best.
I wear a 9 insole in 9.5 footwear

**Q: Do these work for sore Achilles heel**
A: Yes I found them really good. My pain was in my heel too. Worth every penny

I suffer really badly in my left foot and my partner bought me these to try in my work boots. They do like a few others have said make it a tight fit in your foot wear so needing to loosen the laces and find where it's comfy is a must but they for me have been awesome. I'm going home after being at work all day and my foot isn't screaming at me in pain, my knee and my hip especially on my left side now like me and aren't trying to escape my body and my back has also felt the benefit I am buying more of these to use in other foot wear, I know it's not gona be a cure but to be able to work with such little pain especially at work has just been game changing for me. I wear a size 7 and the arch height for me is just right, I dont find it uncomfortable at all.
