Awesome case. i screwed up the screen protector because i never installed one before. No big deal. I figured it out later. Ended up getting the Mr. shield glass and those worked out great. They have a great instructional video. Follow their instructions to install the glass that comes with this package.The case fits very well. in fact it fits so well that you almost cant get it apart! Strong and sturdy. I work construction as a foreman and my phone is always on me. I havent droppped it yet. But I am solidly sure that this case will do the job. WAY worth they money spent.I did have a little difficult with the on/off button on the right of the case. It was really tough to toggle where the volume controls were very easy. It didn't appear to be cut properly like the way the volume controls on the left were. the volume controls were relieved at the face side of the case and the volume control wasn't. Maybe a dull blade at the factory. No big deal. Any one handy with a razor knife or hobby knife can deal with this.Just carefully follow the top groove on the on/off button of the case with your knife and relieve it a bit. This will let the on/off button to have its full travel.I would buy this again. solid and bullet proof so far. I bought this because I had been looking for a very sturdy military grade case for my phone and this is the only one I felt would do the job. I've only had it for a month, but ireally do feel like it will protect my phone for its lifetime.I just bought three new phones for the family and I will be looking at the cases for them.

Ok, first I want to say that I think that a lot of the reviews on this case are fake or paid for. I rate this case a 9/10 as far as looks are concerned. It feels good in my hand and has a unique style that I love. I like the screen protector as it feels really sturdy, installed easily and looks beautifully. The included lanyard seems cheap, but really who cares about a lanyard. What I DO care about is how flimsy the kickstand is. This is a major selling point for myself and as anyone who watches videos on their phone. The kickstand is attached with two tiny plastic "nubs" on the sides. There is no support to let it open to let's say, a 45 degree angle. If I were to open the kickstand a pull with minimal pressure it would simply break off the little nubs and no more kickstand, and worse a big hole in the back of the case. Unacceptable. What surprises me is that the clip and cover are extremely well made and the case seems very well made, but the kickstand is an utter and complete failure. ****update. Dec. 16th 2015After speaking to a representative of the company, and being told that they don't buy reviews, I decided to do a little research myself. There are reviews for this case and the equivalent case for other devices, several of which are unverified purchases, by the SAME people. One reviewer is named "PR". Zizo, did you really have your public relations dept. write reviews for your own products? Shame on you. On an unrelated note the case has held up well so far, screen protector is sturdy with no scratches and I have found a work-around for the flimsy kickstand. Simply route a piece of black ribbon or folded electrical tape through the two slots in the bottom of the kickstand and tuck it between the two layer of the case on either side. Then gently pull the kickstand out to the desired angle for viewing. Now the kickstand has support and will close fully. Hope this helps someone!Update 4/18/16 Just ordered my second Zizo bolt case for my Galaxy Grand Prime. The colors are better than expected (blue/green). My black case had gotten a cracked in the outer shell and they replaced it very quickly which is amazing. More companies should stand behind their products like they did. The glass screen protector is great quality. Far better than that piece of junk I bought at the mall. Bought an extra as I am a carpenter and am very hard on my phone. Overall I am now very satisfied and a repeat customer. What can I say but the durability of the case won me over.

I am happy with my Zizo case so far. I have a Galaxy Grand Prime from Cricket and it fits great. The tempered glass is great, especially when compared to a plastic protector. I think it may increase the touch sensitivity of the phone screen. Take you time when installing the glass and make sure there is no dust on the screen. The tiniest piece of dust will show up. I would advise the seller to include some dust removal strips with their package even if it raises the price a few cents. I had some strips left over from a previous screen protector and it saved the install. It took a few tries to get it installed dust free and I was installing it on a brand new phone immediately after removing the factory plastic protector.The plastic case portion is nice. I haven't dropped it yet so I can't speak for how it protects the phone. Again, take your time installing the case. You have to separate the layers of the case to get it to install smoothly and get the case buttons to not press the phone buttons. I had a few tries before it would stop restarting the phone on it's own.
