Great Cooling Rack
Nicely constructed and sturdy cooling rack. We only use it for cooling off freshly baked bread, cakes, and cookies. It is perfect for that purpose. Doesn't get dirty and wipes off real easy. We don't use it inside the oven for baking/broiling so I have no idea how well the ceramic (?) nonstick coating would stand up to high temperatures.

Works well until it starts rusting
They are probably fine if you only use it for a cooling rack but if you cook on it regularly the coating will peel off and it will rust after a year or so. In my opinion you're better off with plain stainless racks...

Very high Quality!
By far the highest quality cooling rack I've ever owned!I highly recommend this rack. It's super sturdy. I never gave much thought to cooling rack quality.. The racks I currently own are the black coated cooling racks. Not of very high quality for sure.. This rack is a keeper for sure! The gauge or the wire used is probably twice as thick as cheaper racks. You won't regret buying quality. This is it!
