They work
Had a big walleye on one of these. Unfortunately it got loose. User error though as I didn’t set the hook (or hooks)

I caught fish - isn't that what it's about?
I took a chance because I fish in an area where I loose a lot of lures. I want to catch fish, not brag about how much I spent on my gear. I also wanted to try top water to help reduce my lure loss. My first cast with the silver Nuguri into a swift moving river and a smallmouth nailed it. Two casts later, another. Overall, my first trip using the Nuguri's caught 4 smallies (3 on silver, 1 on orange) and missed 2 more. One jumped and shook the lure. I found the hooks to be extremely sharp, so that was not the reason - smallies jump and shake a lot of lures. Needless to say, I was thrilled with the results and would buy again.P.S. I did loose one in the trees, but that's not the lures fault.

Y’all these work!
Saw my son out-fish me with one and got the multi pack the next day. Caught fish the first time. Still have colors to try!

Low price, Low performance
These baits are OK. If you are expecting Whopper Plopper performance and quality you will have to look elsewhere. It's interesting to do a web search on the origins of the whopper plopper. Cheap imports are a legitimate business enterprise without concern for patent infringement etc, but fishing performance is another story. Some of the baits swim OK, some aren't too great. None perform like the whopper plopper. Ever. They just aren't anywhere near as good.I had one of my "real" whopper ploppers break when it hit something. I looked here at AMZ to see what I could get. These seemed like a risk I was willing to take as a few dollars per piece compared to $15 or so each is a temptation that's hard to resist. A week after I received the multi-pack of these baits I was at the tackle shop purchasing the real deal @ full price. The moral of the story is that these are cheap knock offs that don't perform consistently.

Nice Variety
First cast with the orange one of these. 2 fish strikes. They missed but not the lures fault. This is a nice variety pack for way cheaper than it would cost you to buy whopper poppers or choppas. Plus they make the same noise,, and that is key. Ive bought similar topwater like these. The dont have the sputter to bring the fish from all around these do.

Here Fishy, Fishy, Fishy!
I've had a great time catching all kinds of bass using these lures. They make a ton of racket on the surface of the water & the bass have a hard time resisting them. This is a go to lure for my freshwater fishing trips!

They work!
Okay they aren't Whopper Plopper quality but they aren't far off at a fraction of the price and they catch bass. Colors are bit different but the fish don't care. And if you lose one your our a couple of dollars versus $10 or more.
