Review: Highly effective in reducing plantar fasciitis symptoms - I was not expecting these insoles to reduce my plantar fasciitis pain as quickly as they did. They really did give immediate relief, and the pain did not return overnight as it normally does. I have a "standard" width foot and the insoles are a snug fit in my shoes and slippers, obviously raise my foot a little so I need to loosen the laces on my trainers, but they are comfortable and highly effective. I've just ordered additional pairs so I can leave them in shoes and slippers and not have to repeatedly move them during the day.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: I ordered these insoles before realising that I dont have flat feet . I actualy have high arched feet. Are these only good for flat feet  ?**
A: This is my personal opinion.
I haven't got flat feet or high arched feet and my condition has improved slightly by wearing these.

**Q: Would these help for pain in outside edge of the foot whilst running?**
A: I don't run but I do a lot of walking.  My plantar faciistis was so severe that I even battled to walk but the arch supports made it more bearable.  I did daily ice packs for weeks to help alleviate the "tearing" pain" in the side of my foot but there is no quick fix. The arch supports certainly helped.

**Q: I'm a size 5 and a half. Should I get the size 5 or 6 and cut it to size?**
A: I think the three dimensional contoured design would make them difficult to accurately cut down to a smaller size. If you really want to try them I suggest you go for size 5.
PS. I am delighted with the three pairs that I have purchased.

**Q: Does this bell with Supination ?**

I suffer really badly in my left foot and my partner bought me these to try in my work boots. They do like a few others have said make it a tight fit in your foot wear so needing to loosen the laces and find where it's comfy is a must but they for me have been awesome. I'm going home after being at work all day and my foot isn't screaming at me in pain, my knee and my hip especially on my left side now like me and aren't trying to escape my body and my back has also felt the benefit I am buying more of these to use in other foot wear, I know it's not gona be a cure but to be able to work with such little pain especially at work has just been game changing for me. I wear a size 7 and the arch height for me is just right, I dont find it uncomfortable at all.
