Delicious
I have diabetes so I have to watch my carbs. I purchased Capello’s fettuccine from Amazon because Capello's doesn’t ship to Puerto Rico. Actually, I placed the order twice, so I’m drowning in fettuccine! I’m giving them away to friends and family. Two things: 1. I purchased this product on the strength of an answer from a writer who said that this product had 12g net carbs per serving. That is not correct. Each serving of these fettuccine has 29 net carbs. That said, it’s still lower than the 54g of net carbs for regular egg noodles. 2. The package was left for me in the vestibule for 2 days. Obviously the box was at room temperature. However, given the expense, I decided to try it out before throwing it all away. The package inside was quite cool and the noodles tasted delicious.

It Tastes Homemade
At almost $22 a box you would expect this the be the best pasta you have ever had in your life! And it is. This pasta tases like it was just made in an Italian kitchen. I am on a gluten free program and have tried a number of "pasta" products, and this is the best one out there. I am hoping the price will come down a bit, although the current price will not stop me from buying it.

Worth every penny!
These were great, worth every penny! The product was lost in transit for a few days, and once the product was found it was no longer edible. I contacted the seller and they were great. Thank you for the great service and the wonderful product.

Simply Amazing
I purchased this product because I developed a gluten allergy and my doctor recommended a paleo diet for a while. I have tried numerous gluten free pastas and they either taste like cardboard or the pasta gets so mushy that it loses its appeal. Capello’s fettuccine is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. You can cook it al dente or a bit softer if you want. The taste is better than regular pasta.

I started the Plant Paradox Program and I can have these! They are ssooo delicious! I’ve made chicken noodle soup, beef/broccoli and shrimp, artichoke and spinach meals with these and my family likes them better than the grain noodles I use to buy!

Didn’t like the texture
It was a little sticky and I did not like the texture. That’s my opinion BUT other people might love it. The ingredients are fabulous

It is expensive.
We enjoy this product. It takes 90 seconds to cook and doesn't taste much different than any other noodle product. We enjoy it.
