I really liked how the threaded tip fit right onto my medication with no mess and best of all the marks on the applicator allow me to easily measure the dosage. I would recommend if you have to use medication on a regular basis to use at night prior to bedtime as this can reduce the risk of leakage when standing up or walking around. Everyone has a different way to apply their medication however I have found lying on my back with my knees bent and legs slightly apart to be the best method. When your done make sure to wash your hands and just toss the applicator in the trash (fantastic for travel).
