I bought some loop style ones and some silicone ones too, but these ones are the best. They don't block sound 100% if it's very loud, I can still hear my alarm going off in the morning but that does get extremely loud, and is on vibrate just in case - but they block most sound. They spring back quickly and are comfortable.
