However, it has a design flaw: the bean hopper vibrates out of its locked position while operating. When it shifts, the grinder stops and flashes an error indicating a jam. I've discovered that if I simply hold the hopper in place while it grinds, it prevents the shifting issue and significantly reduces how often I have to clear jammed beans from the grinder. Grind consistency is great, no issues Noise Level, well it's a grinder, it's loud!
