Very impressed with this camera, bought around a month ago from Amazon for £79 to use on my bike. The photo and video quality is good, the item is well build and has the feel of something much more expensive. Love the ability to connect the camera direct to my iPhone, makes it very easy to get access to share photos mid ride. I use the Remote Control feature with my phone via the app to start / stop video and take photos.... the capture options are limited but are the only ones I’d use anyway. The only reason for not giving a 5 star review is the audio, I’ve found the sound quality a bit rubbish, but as I mainly use it for photos that’s a minor issue for me. If you’re looking for a small action camera that’s reliable with decent photos this is a great option.

Bought to use as a helmet camera when riding motorbike as had too many near misses with cars not looking at junctions. The camera itself is really good, the picture/video quality is great, even during night time. I had to buy mounts for my helmet as well as a sd card as the camera didn’t come with either (as mentioned). My issue comes when using it with the app. All of my videos over 30mins long get corrupted and cannot download for some reason. The app also will not let you re-download anything that it thinks is already downloaded. The app occasionally crashes during downloading so your video becomes lost as it cannot be downloaded but says it already has. Some serious work and development needs to be put into the app for this reason. The only way to get around this is to buy a sd card reader for your computer or tablet in order to get the footage.In total, the camera is great and is a great alternative to gopro money but the functionality and issues with the app have let it down.

Happy with the purchase. Decent value. Good image recorded. Battery lasts 2 hours when videoing. Needed to but a mount to fix securely to bike. Needs a bit of adjusting to get it pointed exactly how you want but easy to use. It fills iPad memory very quickly if videos are downloaded but downloading on PC using memory card is easy and 8mages good.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Great little camera. Doesn’t take up much room when travelling and with the accessories can be used in all sorts of situations. The buoyancy handle was particularly useful for us on our honeymoon. Loved the time lapse feature with remote control so we could sit and drink our champagne whilst watching the sunset and the underwater quality was also fantastic. The lightening adaptor makes it really easy to upload pictures and videos to your phone. Would definitely recommend.

I wanted to try out action cams on my bike without spending a fortune on a GoPro.The Veiwpoint Share Q is good value for money and the stabilisation is much better than I expected !I like the ability to transfer my video clips to my iPhone and send or post via whats app / Instagram etc I have mounts on my handlebars and saddle so I can record forward or rear views.I have tested Viewpoint during last week and I’m so impressed I am considering purchasing another one.
