You can answer and exit your calls without opening the case, as they all come up on the clear side panel, you can see who's calling, and also you get all your message symbols in different colours on this panel which I love, so not constantly opening and closing phone. Time, battery usage, and date are always on this panel whenever you press side on button, again saving you keep opening your phone.

Considering this is quite an expensive case it is disappointing how much it has worn in one year. You can see there are two worn areas near the case hinge, where I hold it. There is similar wear near the bottom corner from carrying it in a pocket. The silver surface has a finely textured, soft feeling plastic, surface. It looked and felt very nice when brand new but now it is grubby and impossible to clean.Finally, after using it for a year, I have come to the conclusion that the 'side view' window is not that useful. It does not display anything essential and you need to partially flip the lid open to activate it, then it only stays on for a few seconds. The only thing it is useful for is during charging, when it stays on, so you can see when the phone reaches full charge.Am I going to buy another nice, clean, replacement one? No.Having decided the 'side view' window is an unnecessary gimmick there are many other, less expensive, covers to choose from. One with a double-fold, so it can also act as a stand whilst watching full-screen videos, is the type I have chosen to buy as a replacement.

Been using for 6 months now. Still working as new. Nice case to handle and to see who is calling without touching.

Amazing product.Worth every penny.

This phone is excellent phone the best. But softwear or hardware get a mind of their own apps, videos, calls specially incoming calls won't get through messages disappear will appear a day later, you will get flashes as if someone is taking picture AND not possible to repeat and a replacement will take for ever.

It's brilliant I just love it.

It looks good, feels premium, and the side view which is only activated by this case is a nice and unique touch.However, the longer i use it, it just feels awkward to hold because when you're actually using the phone, the flap makes it feel like I'm using a small booklet. Using the camera, you would need your other hand to hold tha flap at the side. I think i will switch to flapless cases.
