This is very lightweight you may forget that you have it on. If you want to be comfortable without all the bulkiness then this is the vest for you. The pocket and sunglass holder works great. Make the investment.

Hobie Pfd Inflatable
Much lighter weight and less bulk than a traditional life vest. Nice subtle gray color, but highly visible when inflated, which is a good thing. Appears to be very well made.

Will be buying a second
Bought this to replace a standard life jacket for use while kayaking. Regular life jackets are bulky, uncomfortable and difficult to keep on for long periods of time. This one however is sleek and easy to forget it's even on. I've never had to inflate the lifejacket, thank goodness, but luckily because it's so small and lightweight there's more of a chance I'll actual be wearing this one. We will be buying a second so we can each have one.
