With soft cotton flannel padding, the Moleskin roll can be cut to smaller Moleskin pads for shoes for relief of painful corns, calluses, and tender spots. The Moleskin padding for shoes may be used on the heel, feet, and toes. Great for people with foot pain with daily wear or breaking in new shoes. Weight: 2.1 Ounce.

Review: Great product - I had actually never heard of moleskin, but I bought a pair of really cute shoes that hurt my feet so bad and in researching what I could do about that, I came across this product. It actually works really well. When I went on vacation, I had put a couple strips on the top of my foot and was able to leave it on there for three days even with showering and it didn’t come off. Instead of putting it on my foot each time I actually put it on my shoe and I think that works better. I hadn’t seen anyone suggesting that yet as I believe you’re supposed to put it on your skin, but I put it on the inside of my shoe and it lasts longer and keeps my feet from rubbing on them. I was going to brands because this one is quite a bit more expensive but sometimes you get what you pay for so I just went with the name brand but overall it’s been a good value for the money because you can just cut them to size and like I said, save money by putting them in your shoe instead of on your skin!

I have a small blister on the back of my heel which I covered with a moleskin patch. I just completed a 6 mile moderate hike with no pain whatsoever and no movement of the bandage. I also covered my ankle bone which has a bit of abrasion from a previous hike. My hiking boot did not rub or cause any pain. The patch stayed for the whole hike, though it looks a bit loose on some edges. The adhesive is solid. It’s a great product. It allows me to continue to hike and participate in other activities with minor injuries.

**Q: I want to purchase this for a family trip (5 days) to Disneyland -- how many rolls should I get?**
A: Depends on how many family members.  I used less than a roll for 2 trips.  One lasting 11 days And the other 6 days.  Came in very handy !  Have a great time in Disneyland.  You WILL be doing a great deal of walking.

**Q: Can this be stuck to the inside heel of sneakers to prevent blisters?**
A: Yes! It works great inside your shoes. I do this all the time with my work shoes.

**Q: I had read a while ago some reviews talking about needing a separate adhesive or glue because this didn't stick so well. Anyone know what it's called?**
A: You don't need a separate adhesive. These work all day in dry situations and for several hours if you are sweating (such as running or difficult housework).I am able to use them all day either way, but most people I know change it out twice a day if the job/workout is very intense.

**Q: You put this on the part of the foot that's the problem (1-time use)? OR you stick pieces into your shoes in the trouble spots (permanent solution)?**
A: I put directly on my foot and leg, I wear a brace,but  I've read that some people  place them in their shoes where they have trouble spots.  You can try both and see which one works best for you.
