(Smile) I buy this in case lot to save even more $ I'd reccomend this product to help you get to sleep ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Relaxing *by C***N on May 10, 2026* It doesn’t really put you to sleep but it definitely relaxes you. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Choosing between this and the Valerian version *by J***N on May 31, 2015* My two favorite bedtime teas are this one, and the version with Valerian: http://www.amazon.com/Traditional-Medicinals-Nighty-Valerian-wrapped/dp/B007IW25FQ Both are great, but your individual preference/tolerance will dictate which one suits you more. The Valerian one definitely has a stronger sedative effect. I usually take it on Friday nights when I want to sleep in on Saturday and catch up on sleep. The valerian root is very helpful, but on the downside, for me it has a pronounced lingering drowsiness, and it gets worse the more days I take this tea in a row. The instructions claim you can take a few cups of it before bedtime, but I think that's crazy. Just one cup of it makes me feel half asleep well into the afternoon the next day. So, if you aren't looking for something that strong, this particular tea is more suitable. It has a great chamomile taste, and does calm me and get me ready to sleep, though the effect is not nearly as pronounced as the Valerian version. On the other hand, I never feel groggy the next day. I've struggled with falling asleep quickly ever since I was a child, and these teas really do help. I've tried other supplements like 5-HTP and melatonin, but found that neither is right for me.
