the fit is very well, I'm a medium but according to the sizing I needed a L/XL so glad I followed their recommendations as the S/M would have been way way to tight. I'm 165lbs, an wear a 10 pant and medium top....if that helps an I do have a bit of a belly but not much. I'm able to bend with only a small amount of resistance from this waist trainer which is great because it will aide in correcting posture and shaping ypur mid section. I recommend only wearing while working out amd over a top not directly on your skin as you may develop a rash from the moisture build up due to sweat. I washed in my machine on delicate and hung to dry.

I have ordered more than a few different waist trainers and was not happy at all with them. Due to inaccurate description /sizes and colors , this one made me so happy when I opened the package just looking at !😅 N when I put it on.... OMG I finally hit the jackpot!!🤗 I'm very happy with this one!!

Tried 4 different ones but I have settled on this. Ordrred a large, at first it was tight but it loosened up. I rather the zipper then the hooks. When I sit down though to work, the wires poke me on my side. Other than that it's pretty good. I don't work out in it, I just wear it all day until my bedtime.

Love it. Covered directly under my breast and went under my muffin top. It covered my concern areas.

Another great product. I’m 5’6”.....167lbs, I ordered a small because when I get medium it always seems too big so I decided to try a small this time. At first I was scared because it seemed too small, but after a little help pulling it together, it felt great. I feel very secure and “snatched” lol. Great material and fits exactly how I wanted. I have bought so many of those things just to find the right one and I think I just did, hope this feeling last. Just got it today 2/24/21 and tried it on. My reason for the buying is that I need something to keep my tummy tuck in place😉. Go get you one after your tummy tuck, you won’t be disappointed. I wish I gotten an extra color 🥺

This is my first waist trainer purchase and as such I have nothing to compare it with but the quality seems nice and sturdy. I’m 5’1 and weigh 126lbs with a bit of a tummy. I got the small and it holds me in real right. I can’t get it on by myself as I need someone to help zip it up. I probably could have gotten the medium but I wanted something real tight and wasn’t sure if the medium would be too big. I got the double velcro. I’m happy with my purchase. I’m able to move around easily and I can comfortably wear it for several hours each day. The longest I’ve gone is 8 hrs straight.

This is by far the best waist trainer that I've found in a long time. Believe me it has been over two years and multiple terrible purchases until I found this. Having a baby then gaining weight fueled my drive for finding a good waist trainer to help me get my pre-baby body back.I'm 5'7", about 220lbs and bought an XXL. I have been wearing it for about 3 weeks. The first day I started with the first set of hooks. By the third day I was on the second set of hooks and was able to close it on the third set of hooks by the end of the week. I definitely felt secure while I had it on and it stayed in place while being worn for 8 hours sometimes more. The fact that I was able to move up the sets so quickly either means that it works very well or I bought the size too big.However,  I noticed that my protruding belly reduced significantly and my back fat. This was accompanied by healthy eating and light workouts, as well. All things considered, I still believe that majority of my results were because of this waist trainer, especially since I'm unable to do ab workouts due to my hernia.After reaching the third set of hooks, I find myself putting the straps tighter to get a better hold. One drawback is that from the start of wearing it I found that the top strap constantly slid underneath my breasts to the rim of the bottom of my bra and the middle strap slides to where the top strap should be. The bottom strap is the only one that stays in place. Also, I found that the back of the bottom bone dug into the arch of my lower back. It could be because I need to down size to get a better hold of my belly or because I'm pulling the straps too tight to get a better hold. It could also be the style of the waist trainer doesn't work with my body type. I was thinking that a two or one strap would work better. Either way I think I needed to size down, so I did. I ordered the XL in the same style. I will update after I have worn it enough. Overall, this is a quality waist trainer and effective.
