Nice and thick unlike others that are thin and flimsy which will easily shrink over time. As a good practice though I had put hot glue around the edges of the vent cut out to keep it from warping and sticking up on certain places. The hard part of the install were placing the velcro squares into position then pacing the mat in position without the mat and velcro touching which is impossible near the windshield but i made it work and so far so good.
