Review: The Perfect Starter Guitar! - I had to make some tweaks to it, but for the price, it’s priceless. It stays in tune even though my son plays it really hard, and the intonation isn’t too bad. Also, the shorter 22” scale makes it easier for my 9-year-old to play. Lastly, the action is really good as well, again making it easy for a beginner to play. All in all, it’s a perfect starter guitar for kids.
Review: Feel like a rockstar - The perfect starter guitar for a child wanting to feel like a rockstar with a guitar built for someone a bit smaller.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does it gave a tremolo bar**
A: No, this does not use a tremolo(Whammy) bar.

**Q: What wood is used for the body?**
A: Body is made of Poplar hardwood. Fretboard is made of treated New Zealand Pine w/Sharktooth inlay.

**Q: More space between the strings than most electrics? I heard Gio's were famous for that.**
A: This GRGM21 is a shorter scale electric guitar so the neck itself is a little smaller than a full scale guitar. The space between the strings may be wider than some other shorter scale instruments, but not a huge difference.

**Q: Does it come with an amp ?**
A: No, it does not. I ended up purchasing a Fender 10 watt amp separately.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Feel like a rockstar
*by M***E on July 23, 2025*

The perfect starter guitar for a child wanting to feel like a rockstar with a guitar built for someone a bit smaller.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Choose carefully
*by J***F on January 21, 2021*

It would be a great little guitar if not for the horrible fret sprout. I have to have it serviced before I can let my kid play it. They are sharp and leave marks almost cut, surprised it didn’t cut me.
