Review: Great little starter set - Our family (wife and two boys and myself) have been getting into D&D lately, and I wanted a low-cost and compact DM screen to make it a bit easier to shield things from prying eyes. This set also has the bonus of dry-wipe hex cards for sketching out simple battle maps (I bought a set of multicoloured dry-wipe pens so I can draw boats/trees in brown, stone walls in grey etc.). The initiative cards are also a really useful addition to track turn order.
Review: Solid product! Wizard of the Coast should release more - The quality of the content is great for the money you pay! Initiative cards and conditions are an improvement over the one contained in the essential kit, nice but not essentials! The wilderness exploration handout are very good! I haven’t tested it yet but I can imagine myself handing over a food tracker + hexmap to the party for exploration and using one myself as a DM to track progression. The dungeon master screen is amazing, beautiful art and the back very useful. I think reducing the amount of infos relative to conditions would have make it even greater. But I am very happy with the product. The best part is the artworks on the front. Very well done and inspirational for the players!

The quality of the content is great for the money you pay! Initiative cards and conditions are an improvement over the one contained in the essential kit, nice but not essentials!
