It's a good travel mug. Holds 12oz. and the cap doesn't drip when turned upside-down. I also tightened the cap to the photo compartment and held it underwater; no apparent leaks there. Furthermore, there's a soft, skid-proof rubber on the bottom, so the mug won't glide across a tabletop. I'm pleased.

The media could not be loaded.  Had toddler help paint the paper insert to make sure it was the right size, it turned out super cute! The bottom is screwed on Very Tight initially but is much easier to use after that. The closure on the top for drink sealing is a little stiff back and forth but does it’s purpose. I love that we can change out the insert whenever :)And the cup does keep drinks nice and cold!

I like the easy assembly of the mug. I knitted an inner sleeve for each mug then inserted an embroidered initial for each of my three granddaughters. They are all delighted with their mugs. If drinking hot liquid and not using a straw I think the top is a little thick.

This was NOT the product pictured that I thought I was ordering (ex: the cap in my picture is silver all the way to the top and the spout slides inside of it and on the website it is black at the top and looks like the spout closes when clicked to the side). The lid on the one I received does not screw on as stated in the Q&A, my lid slides on and hopefully stays put simply through a plastic ring that grips between the lid and cup. I don't believe I was sent the wrong item because the label on the box matched the item description on the website. I did not have enough time return it because I did not have a substitute for an approaching holiday gift exchange or enough time to order and receive something else. However, I am VERY unhappy with the fact that I did not receive the item I saw in the picture and read in the description and Q&As.

I have one of these purchased at Starbucks 15 years ago. It has held up amazingly. I just finished putting the pictures yesterday for our Fathers Day gifts...it has not been washed. I hope that water does not ruin the pictures

Very nice to be able to pick a photo to insert, but be sure to laminate before you do because of frequent condensation inside. I just unscrew the bottom or top and dry it out. Keeps things warm for quite awhile!

Cute idea but you have to cut the pic to fit it in the cup. Probly wouldn’t get again but the idea is cute.

Made a great christmas gift. Save the inside paper so you know how to cut your photos.
